We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from persons under 13 years of age. If we discover that we have obtained personally identifiable information from any such person without verification of parental consent, we will promptly discard all such information. Umbrelly Welly reserves the right retain log files of certain of the automated information that we collect for purposes of transacting business with you, for internal analysis (see Section IV 2(a)) in connection with, among others, improving Website safety and security and Website functionality, or in the event Umbrelly Welly is legally obligated to retain such files.
